The Alpha Housing Corporation is a legally incorporated 501(c)(7) Indiana non-for-profit corporation managed by an elected board of Sigma Pi volunteers with the sole purpose of overseeing and managing the chapter's housing facility.

Meet the Board
President
Brian C. Alley
Alpha, Vincennes '00
Alley, a past Sage (President) of Alpha Chapter, has served on the Alpha of Sigma Pi House Corporation for more than 20 years, since his undergraduate days at Vincennes. In addition to serving on the House Corporation, Alley also serves on the Alpha of Sigma Pi Educational Corporation Board and the Alpha Alumni Association Board. Alley is also a past Chapter Director for Alpha Chapter and past Province Archon for Sigma Pi for the state of Indiana.
After graduating from VU, Alley went on to work for the Executive Office of Sigma Pi for 8 years, where he held a number of positions including Educational Leadership Consultant, Assistant Director of Chapter Service, Director of Communications, Assistant Executive Director and Interim Executive Director.
He is a Board Member of the Vincennes University Alumni Association, where he is a Past President, and also serves on the Vincennes University Foundation Board. Alley received his associates degree from Vincennes University and a bachelors degree from Trevecca Nazarene University.
Alley is a regional sales manager for Avis Car Rental covering Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky and resides with his wife, Cherry in Carmel, Indiana.

While at VU, Waldroup served as Vincennes University Student Association President while joining Sigma Pi.
After VU, Waldroup transferred to IUPUI in Indianapolis, where he received a bachelor of science in electrical engineering while working for Old Navy as a shipment manager. After IUPUI, he went on to work for Superior Essex as a Manufacturing engineer in Vincennes. While in Vincennes he served as Chapter Director for Alpha Chapter for three years. In 2008, he was relocated to Superior Essex - Magnet Wire Headquarters located in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He continues to work for Superior Essex as a Senior Design Engineer, where he handles controls and automation.
Waldroup has served on the Alpha of Sigma Pi House Corporation for more than 15 years, since his undergraduate days at Vincennes. He and wife, Amy, have two children, Lena and Ry, and reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Covey Detmer

Detmer graduated in 2010 from Vincennes University with an A.S. in Law Enforcement and a B.S. in Homeland Security and Public Safety. Upon graduating, Detmer accepted a position as an Educational Leadership Consultant for the Executive Office, a position he held for one and a half years. Upon leaving staff, Detmer has been able to flourish with with his current company, DriveTime. Since joining the DriveTime family in 2012, Detmer has been able to climb to a position of General Manager for the Indianapolis, IN location. Detmer claims his experience with recruiting as an undergrad made his position as a young sales rep easy, and his experience of managing chapters abroad will make managing Alpha Chapter from Indianapolis a wonderful experience. Detmer has continued to be involved with volunteering for Alpha Chapter by holding positions on the housing corporation, donating to Vincennes Foundation, and working with the Alpha Alumni Association.
Covey and his wife, Erica, reside in McCordsville, Indiana.

Greg Lannan

Lannan has recently become an at-large member of the Alpha of Sigma Pi House Corporation. During his time as an active brother at Alpha, he served as the Second Counselor (Vice President) for a year as well as leading various committees.
After leaving Vincennes University, Lannan transferred to Indiana University - Indianapolis, where he is currently studying Political Science. He plans to graduate at the end of the Fall '14 semester.
Lannan has worked various political jobs over the past several years including serving as the Deputy Campaign Manager for John Weingardt for Fishers Town Council, Deputy Field Director for McGoff for Congress, and as a Field Representative for Bennett for Indiana. Greg currently works as a Political/Campaign Consultant for the Royal Tiger PAC.
Greg and his wife, Megan, live in Fishers, Indiana with their two dogs, Chompers, and Max.
