A request to move in form MUST BE submitted prior to moving into the house. This form must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of your requested move in date.

A signed housing contract is due prior to moving into the house. NO EXCEPTIONS.

A security deposit in the amount of one-months rent is due prior to moving into the house. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Rent for the first month, either in full, or pro-rated, must be paid prior to moving into the house. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once this request has been submitted, you will be contacted by a member of the House Corporation to arrange a date and time to move in.
