All members pay membership fees to join and be active in the Fraternity.  A breakdown is listed below.  Fees subject to change.

• Pledge Fee: $75
  • One-time fee, paid directly to the Executive Office of Sigma Pi Fraternity.
  • Paid by ALL undergraduate members of the Alpha Chapter.
• Initiation Fee: $325
  • One-time fee, paid directly to the Executive Office of Sigma Pi Fraternity.
  • Paid by ALL undergraduate members of the Alpha Chapter.
• Chapter Dues: $400
  • Semesterly fee, paid directly to the Alpha Chapter.
  • Paid by ALL undergraduate members of the Alpha Chapter.
  • Fees may be itemized to cover semesterly fees due to the Executive Office.
• Rent: $3,250
  • $650 monthly
  • Paid directly to the Alpha of Sigma Pi House Corporation.
  • Paid by ONLY those undergraduate members living in the Alpha Chapter House (IH Member).
• Parlor Fees:  $650
  • Semesterly fee
  • Paid directly to the Alpha of Sigma Pi House Corporation.
  • Paid by ONLY those undergraduate members of the Alpha Chapter that live outside of the Alpha Chapter House (OH Member).
