The Alpha Chapter of Sigma Pi recognizes donors in two different structures; the 1897 Society and Lifetime Giving, through donations made to the Alpha of Sigma Pi Educational Corporation, or the Vincennes University Foundation on behalf of the Chapter House Fund or the James L. Hills and Ryan M. Donnoe Memorial Scholarships.  The 1897 Society recognizes Sigma Pi alumni and friends making donations equaling 1897 which represents the founding date of Alpha Chapter of Sigma Pi Fraternity on the Vincennes University campus.  All donations made through the chapter, educational corporation, and the Vincennes University Foundation earn donors lifetime giving credit.
