Road Rally, a tradition at Alpha, is a weekend event that happens each semester, designed to be fun and educational for the new members most importantly, but also the members of Alpha Chapter. 

Road Rally is an opportunity for the brothers of Sigma Pi, both new and old, to have an opportunity to visit all the historic spots in Vincennes, Indiana, where Sigma Pi was founded in 1897.  Sigma Pi brothers visit historic places that played a prominent role in the history of the town of Vincennes as well as the history of Sigma Pi Fraternity.  In addition, Sigma Pi brothers also visit the final resting place of some of the most prominent men in the Fraternity's history, as well as visiting some building on the Vincennes University campus that are named after prominent Sigma Pi alumni.
