The Chapter House Manager and house committee (yes, there should be a committee) should be responsible for:

Remuneration
The Chapter House Manager will receive a credit of one months rent in the amount of $500, which will applied to the individuals OmegaFi account.
- maintaining a clean and healthy environment in the house
- maintaining a positive appearance of the building property from the interior and exterior
- ensuring all risk management policies with regard to building and grounds are being followed
- securing and preparing any chapter & house corporation property for any extended closures
- keeping constant communication and working closely with the House Corporation
- enforcing any programs related to the building
- act as a voice of the Chapter to the House Corporation as a voting member of the House Corporation
This may include but should not be limited to the following areas and programs:
- Landscaping
- Fire safety/inspections
- Proper contracts and agreements are maintained
- Replacing/fixing/managing any damages
- Interior/exterior cleaning
- Garbage removal
- Workdays/Spring Cleaning
- Basement, Kitchen, Study, & Formal upkeep
- House jobs (weekly chores)
- Fines or write ups for damages
- Parking procedures
- Room assignments
- Room inspections (with a member of the House Corporation)
- Small maintenance responsibilities
- Notify the House Corporation of large maintenance problems and helping to make sure the problem is fixed
